Dark Art is beautiful- you feel the duende, the saudade, feeling the heart, the soul and the mind of the gifted artists and their individuality and the freedom to express themselves. Some favorites of mine, such as Joel Peter Witkin, Hans Bellmer, Philippe Fichot, John Santerineross, just to name a few have done just that-We are very please to showcase the art of Hunter Vain. Hunter Vain may be described as “bizarre” to some and perhaps “normal” to a few, still he has found self-acceptance through the mockery of things one may fear. Fallen or risen from above or below, he has become to be a Dark artist living life with an open mind. Through photos and fashion, he has touched surface on the conceptions of the living and the dead. Creating beautiful grostesque art that manifest macabre, distortion and what some may call beauty.
